A-Level CIE Chemistry 9701

Examination Information

9701 CIE A-Level Chemistry Exam Information.pdf
A-Level is not like GCSE, you will have to change your study habits to be successful. A-level questions are frequently set in unfamiliar situations, it's often challenging to recognize the topic being tested and how it's connected to the question. To succeed you will have to read around the subject or watch science videos. You must develop a genuine interest in chemistry and a desire to know more. Here are some links to extra reading, if you don't like these that's OK, find something that interests you personally.

  • There are superb revision notes here Chemrevise
  • Try the quizzes I set-up, they are all past-paper questions, they are arranged for a slightly different version of the course, but the questions are all from 9701 CIE.

Some quizzes have the same question more than once, this is not a mistake, it means the question has been asked multiple times in the CIE past papers. There are multiple choice quizzes and longer answer questions.
